Privacy Policy

The forms request the information shown in their fields, such as name, email, phone number, and professional field. The contact form also allows you to provide your company and role. You may include additional information in your message.

The forms send completed fields to the website server, which forwards a plain-text message to contato@disciplinadofuncionamento.com.br using authenticated SMTP. The visitor’s email is used as the reply address (Reply-To).

Answers are not saved in databases, spreadsheets, a CRM, browser storage, or application logs. The forwarded message remains in the destination mailbox, subject to the email service used.

Confirmation means that the SMTP service accepted the message for sending; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. On error, fields stay filled on the page for another attempt.

To reduce automated submissions, the website checks request origins, uses an invisible protection field, and limits attempts. Only attempt counters and an identifier derived from the connection address are kept for this protection, without form answers. These records expire and are removed on subsequent visits.

Submitted information is intended for responding to your request and, when requested, contacting you about the book’s release and the topics you selected.

Authentication is not yet connected to FPI. The current form does not transmit or store usernames or passwords.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn links lead to external services with their own privacy policies. Form submissions use Hostinger’s email service.

The current website code does not install advertising cookies or visitor analytics and does not save a language preference in the browser. The hosting service may retain technical access logs according to its configuration.
